During our check in, we had an issue with the room not being clean. Called up the front desk and took care of the issue right away. Love that they are super dog friendly. First time traveling with a newborn and a puppy which was a really great experience. The scenery is absolutely beautiful.

The lobby is nice. Love the fire pits outside to gather with family (although not enough of them when busy). Love the heated pool and that it's the "quiet" pool. My kids are grown so we like the adult like feel. The grounds are nice and the beds comfortable. Beautiful views and close to freeway and beaches

The hotel sits directly above the flower fields, so our views were amazing. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Safe parking. Nice staff!

I had a very beautiful time at the hotel, very good experience. The staff were very welcoming and very polite. Very helpful. I flew in with my daughter for the weekend for a day trip to Legoland and stayed at this hotel from Friday through Sunday morning. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. I only stayed 2 nights but this will be my first choice when we come back for a longer vacation.

The Cassara was exceptional. The accessibility and location to Legoland was fantastic. Staff were bright, cheery, and accommodating. The food was amazing. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Location was awesome across the street from Legoland! Great hotel for families. Pool, splash pad, and mini playground for kids.

Hotel was beautiful. Kitchen/dining area small and extremely busy. Waited 15 mins just to order coffee and even before ordering, multiple servers kept telling me someone would be right with me without even asking if I was helped yet.
